Apprenticeship Program

Launch Your Career with Cedar LNG

Cedar LNG, together with Haisla Nation, is launching an apprenticeship program* to provide Haisla members with the skills and training needed for a career with Cedar LNG. If you’re interested in becoming a Millwright, Instrumentation and Controls, or Electrical Tradesperson, this program is right for you!

This program will combine technical training at accredited trade schools—BCIT in the Lower Mainland and Coast Mountain College in Terrace—with on-the-job experience at the Pembina Prince Rupert facility and other Pembina facilities. The program includes hands-on support from a Pembina mentor as well as financial assistance.

Successful completion of the program will provide apprentices with an exciting career with Cedar LNG starting in early 2029 and open up many more opportunities for the long-term.
