Cedar LNG is anticipated to create up to 500 jobs during peak construction and approximately 100 full-time jobs during operations.
Preference in hiring will be given to Indigenous and local workers, and companies that meet our qualifications.
During construction, our contractors will be responsible for direct hiring to meet their labour needs, however Cedar LNG is committed to working with our contractors to ensure they understand our commitments.
While hiring for operations will commence in 2027, Cedar LNG is currently focused on sharing information about training and skills needed to receive employment during operations.
