Summer Update – July 2023

It has been a busy start to the summer for the Cedar LNG team as we continue to progress the world’s first Indigenous majority-owned LNG facility.

With environmental approvals received in March 2023, our FEED contractors in place, and strategic partnerships with ARC Resources and other offtake suppliers, Cedar LNG is well positioned to meaningfully contribute to the clean energy transition.

Our team attended the LNG2023 Global Conference in Vancouver, where we witnessed first-hand the excitement from across the LNG industry for projects like Cedar LNG. We met with many leaders in the LNG industry and hosted a reception, alongside Haisla Nation’s partners Seaspan and LNG Canada, where the world’s first electric tugboat was unveiled.
